Throughout 2023 we travelled across the North West, holding our Genomics Roadshows, meeting with professionals to discuss genomics and highlight where genomics is already being used within healthcare.
The roadshows are normally 2.5 hours in length, typically starting at 09:30 am until 12:00 noon, and provide an opportunity to listen to keynote speakers, from the region to learn more about the relevancy of genomics and genomic medicine, throughout a patient’s journey from primary care, via pathology, to pharmacy, and beyond.
Attendees can join at whatever point is of most interest to them, as each roadshow has a networking marketplace, where attendees can meet and chat with members of our team, speakers, fellow professionals, and other Alliance stakeholders.
Each event is recorded and available by clicking on the appropriate link below.
We are currently planning our Roadshows for the end of 2024, and into 2025 so if you would like to host a Roadshow, then contact us via contactus@nw-gmsa.nhs.uk
