Cardiology genomic study day
Event Description
Join Professor Bill Newman, Dr Rhys Beynon and the Manchester cardiac genetics team, for a day exploring how the rapid developments in genetics are changing cardiology practice in both rare and common disease.
The day has been developed to provide consultants, specialist nurses, and physiologists with an update on key and emerging topics relevant to individual clinical practice, as well as effective signposting to additional resources and support.
In line with the national program of genomic mainstreaming, taking place all over the country, you will leave the day equipped with the knowledge and skills to support the development of local genetic testing in your hospitals, opening up the benefits of rapid diagnostic testing for your patients.
